Skills and Requirements5–10 years of relevant IT experienceStrong experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) environmentsHands‑on experience supporting Android tablets (provisioning, setup, troubleshooting)Experience providing Tier 3 support (advanced troubleshooting, escalation handling)Experience with Intune, Samsung Knox, or similar MDM platformsExperience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systemsAbility to support non-technical end users and clearly translate technical issuesExperience with remote device support and administrationExposure to satellite or remote connectivity environmentsTransportation or supply chain industry experienceExperience supporting field-based or driver populationsExperience with Starlink or similar satellite connectivity toolsBackground in training users or creating documentationExposure to data/reporting tools like Power BI or SQL (nice to have, not core)
