Key Skills Required
5+ years of experience administering Jamf, Intune, or other MDM solutions for Mac endpoints
Strong MacOS Enterprise Administration experience
Experience with Jamf Pro and/or Microsoft Intune
Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM)
1+ year of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience
Advanced scripting skills with Bash, Python, or similar
Experience troubleshooting and responding to security incidents
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing
Experience with endpoint security tools such as Zscaler and Antivirus/Endpoint Protection
Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and support MacOS endpoints and endpoint management platforms
Build and test application packages for automated deployment and self-service
Support Jamf, Apple Business Manager, Intune, and Apple Enterprise Services
Troubleshoot complex endpoint incidents and provide problem resolution
Review and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to Mac/Jamf environments
Support endpoint security policies and technologies
Create technical documentation, reports, and support procedures
Partner with infrastructure, security, and technology teams on implementation initiatives
Evaluate technical requests and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a strong MacOS/Jamf Engineer or Endpoint Engineer who can independently troubleshoot enterprise Mac environments, automate deployments, manage MDM solutions, and work closely with security and infrastructure teams.
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
