Job description
General administration via JAMF cloud management console. Align technologies between JAMF and Intune environments. Add/Remove accounts. Reset, terminate client access. Assign application access. SSO integration.
Document and package software for macOS environment. L2/L3 support for Mac devices. Respond to ticket requests (FreshService/Spirit). Interface with internal partner teams and external vendors/contractors to provide a seamless and reliable computing experience to end users.
Work with application owners to define installation parameters and configurations. Manage software requests in FreshService / Spirit for new and update software requests. Maintain packaging to capture specifics, such as custom actions and scripts used to support the installation of software.
Perform OSD testing of MacOS deployment to ensure successful install and uninstall. Coordinate UAT testing of software packages with requester or LOB user. Work with Security partners to list software (CrowdStrike).
Creation of applications packages in Jamf. Coordinate change requests to support implementation of new software and updates to existing software. Schedule and manage production deployments of patching and applications using JAMF.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document any issues encountered during deployment. Coordinate addition of software titles into user-facing software catalog.
JAMF Certified Engineer 100 preferred. Plus: 200/300. College education. JAMF Cloud Knowledge. Has at least two years or more working with JAMF. Exposure to
