Responsibilities

Support Intune administration and engineering, to include compliance policies for conditional access, application deployment and patching, management and troubleshootingUse Windows Update for Business to keep Windows workstations patched to correct levelsCreate and deploy Intune configurations, policies, and settingsManage and maintain Windows 11 workstation baseline configurationsSupport and troubleshooting for Windows AutopilotIdentify, analyze, and resolve system problems with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutionsPackage software and updates for deployment in the test and production environments.Develop security baselines based on the recommendations from the Engineering and Security teams.Create reports on device compliance, application deployment, patch management, and software inventoryWrite PowerShell scripts to automate systems administration tasksRespond to escalated service desk/team requestsProvide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced systems engineersCommunicate effectively (in oral and written form) with a variety of individuals; work well within small and large team environmentsServe as liaison with clients, participating in meetings to ensure client needs are metParticipates in special projects as requiredRequirements

Bachelor’s degree + 10 years relevant experience, OR Associate degree + 12 years relevant experience, OR 16 years of relevant experienceExperience managing cloud-based endpoint environmentsExperience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environmentsExperience with Nerdio or similar AVD management platformsFamiliarity with PSAppDeployToolkit (PSADT)Experience implementing Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC)Experience with endpoint vulnerability managementBenefits
