Job description
They’re looking for a true mid-level Systems / Endpoint Administrator who has a strong Microsoft foundation and is ready to continue growing. This person will work closely with both a junior and senior team member, help mentor the junior resource, and gradually take on more responsibility over time.
Key technologies / responsibilities:
Microsoft Intune – configuration, compliance, application deployment & troubleshootingWindows Autopilot – Entra ID joined & hybrid environmentsMicrosoft 365, Exchange Online & Entra IDActive Directory & Group PolicyPowerShell scripting & automationWindows 10/11 endpoint administrationMicrosoft Defender, BitLocker & endpoint securityWindows ServerVMware / Nutanix or similar virtualizationVPN, DNS, DHCP & general networkingiOS / Android MDMPatch management & vulnerability remediation
Ideal background:
Roughly 4–8 years of IT experience2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune experienceStrong troubleshooting skillsPractical PowerShell experienceExperience across both endpoint and systems administrationComfortable wearing multiple hats in a smaller IT environmentStrong communication skills and willingness to mentor others/
This would be a great fit for someone who has gained solid experience in a larger environment but is ready for more ownership, broader exposure, and a clear path toward a senior-level role.
Salary: $80K–$100K depending on experience
