Job description
Administer and optimize Windows and macOS endpoint management platformsDeploy, configure, and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheralsManage endpoint security, compliance, patching, antivirus, and endpoint detection solutionsTroubleshoot complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues while serving as an escalation pointSupport Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and other enterprise applicationsAdminister Active Directory, Group Policy, user provisioning, and endpoint security policiesSupport Cisco Meraki networking, wireless, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP environmentsParticipate in security initiatives, vulnerability remediation, and incident responseMentor junior support staff and contribute to continuous improvement across IT operations
Required Qualifications
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management platforms (Endpoint Central, Intune, Kandji, Jamf, or similar)Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)2+ years of enterprise IT support experienceExperience administering Windows and macOS devicesExperience supporting Microsoft 365 and Google WorkspaceStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skillsPreferred Qualifications
CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certificationsExperience with Cisco Meraki environmentsKnowledge of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and security best practices
The salary range for this type of role is approximately $65,000 - $75,000. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
