Position Summary
JL Properties is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Endpoint Administrator to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will manage the deployment, security, and lifecycle of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint technologies throughout the organization. Working closely with the IT Manager and Service Desk, you'll help ensure our employees have secure, reliable technology while supporting our cybersecurity initiatives and endpoint management strategy.
What You'll Do
Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Manage endpoint lifecycle processes, including imaging, provisioning, software deployment, and hardware replacement.
Administer endpoint management and mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
Support endpoint security through device compliance, encryption, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and data loss prevention (DLP).
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 endpoint and desktop support issues.
Create and maintain automation scripts to improve efficiency and streamline administration.
Assist with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID account management related to endpoint access.
Provide user training and technical guidance as needed.
Participate in an on-call rotation and provide occasional after-hours support.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Three or more years of endpoint administration, desktop support, or related IT experience.
Experience administering endpoint management or mobile device management solutions.
Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Jamf, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Purview, or similar enterprise technologies.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Microsoft or CompTIA certifications are a plus.
