clients achieve their goals and maximize their potential through our comprehensive services including player representation event management and marketing.Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Administrator / Remote Desktop Engineer to join our growing this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our companys IT infrastructure including desktops servers and network systems.You will also be responsible for providing remote desktop support to our employees and clients.This remote position is open to U.S.-based candidates only.Key Responsibilities Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems including desktops laptops servers and network equipmentMonitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issuesPerform regular backups and disaster recovery proceduresManage user accounts and permissions including creating and revoking access as neededProvide remote desktop support to employees and clients resolving technical issues and providing guidance on software and hardware usageKeep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to the companys IT systemsEnsure the security and integrity of company data and systems by implementing and maintaining security protocols and proceduresCollaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and proceduresAssist with the procurement and installation of new hardware and software systemsTrain and educate employees on best practices for using company technology and systemsQualifications Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systemsExperience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-VProficient in networking protocols and troubleshooting network issuesFamiliarity with remote desktop software such as TeamViewer or Remote Desktop ConnectionExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasksIndustry certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate are a plusWe Offer Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity for professional growth and developmentDynamic and collaborative work environmentChance to work with a diverse and talented teamThe satisfaction of being a part of a company that is dedicated to helping athletes and organizations reach their full potentialThis remote position is open to U.S.-based candidates only.If you are a highly motivated and skilled IT professional with a passion for sports we want to hear from you!
