Job description
Documentation: Maintain contact lists, process logs, incident reports, customer updates, inventory/service records.
Problem resolution: Apply pre-established solutions; escalate issues outside documented scope.
Equipment & supplies: Schedule maintenance, order supplies, monitor inventory, update records, interact with vendors.
Technical troubleshooting: Replace printer parts, follow KB articles, resolve end-user tickets.
Requirements
Education: IT degree or equivalent; HS diploma acceptable.
Experience: 1+ year IT preferred (recent grads considered).
Skills:
Computing fundamentals
Networking basics
Microsoft Office proficiency
