Experience supporting a Microsoft-centric technology stackStrong customer service and communication skills, including executive-level supportWorking knowledge of:
Windows OS and basic system administrationOffice 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)Microsoft apps on iOS devices (iPad/iPhone)Microsoft Intune
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
