Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including user experience and collaboration tools
Manage and support Zoom and audiovisual technologies for meetings and communications
Oversee Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments for performance and accessibility
Implement and maintain device management solutions using Microsoft Intune
Support automation and productivity enhancements using Copilot Studio
Act as an escalation point for the Help Desk team, troubleshooting complex issues
Collaborate with IT support teams to improve processes and service delivery
Monitor system performance and address issues impacting end-user experience
Assist in planning and executing workplace technology upgrades and initiatives
Qualifications:
3â6 years of experience in IT support, workplace engineering, or end-user computing roles
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
Experience supporting Zoom and AV systems in a corporate environment
Familiarity with VDI platforms such as Citrix or VMware Horizon
Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
Exposure to Copilot Studio or similar automation tools is a plus
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000, Plus Bonus
