Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Management & Support: Provide day-to-day support for laptops (Windows/Dell), iPhones, iPads, and printers. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.Ticket Management: Manage assigned service tickets in accordance with SLA standards; proactively address unclaimed tickets. Experience with SysAid or similar ticketing systems preferred.Endpoint Provisioning: Set up and configure Windows laptops using Autopilot and perform mobile device provisioning via Microsoft Intune (MDM).Customer Experience: Lead with a customer-first mindset by delivering clear, professional communication and support to both technical and non-technical users.Executive Support: Provide tailored IT support for senior leadership as needed.Remote & Onsite Support: Assist users both in-person and remotely using Microsoft Teams and Remote Help tools.Productivity Tools: Support Microsoft Office Suite applications and related productivity software.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in endpoint support, provisioning, and ticket management.Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Apple OS, Dell laptops, and mobile devices (iPhone/iPad).Experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM), Autopilot, and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL frameworks and SysAid or similar IT service management platforms preferred.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support both onsite and remote users.
