ResponsibilitiesLead operations and maintenance for SEC-issued endpoints across laptops, desktops, virtual machines, and mobile devicesDirect provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning across the full endpoint lifecycle per SEC standardsOversee enterprise application packaging, deployment, and maintenance for baseline and mission-specific softwareManage preproduction endpoint environments to validate configurations, updates, and releases before productionEstablish and maintain endpoint configuration baselines, compliance policies, and security controls for Windows and mobile platformsLead patch and vulnerability management activities with remediation planning and reportingDevelop and version-control endpoint SOPs and architecture artifacts for audit readiness (FISMA)Ensure endpoint operations align with SEC policy, zero-trust, and change control processesServe as SME for Microsoft Intune in Windows environments (profiles, policies, app delivery)Lead Autopilot and onboarding workflows to speed deployment and ensure provisioning consistencyDesign PowerShell and automation solutions to reduce manual effort and standardize operationsIntegrate endpoint workflows with enterprise tooling and reporting for visibility and performanceLead complex troubleshooting for Autopilot enrollments, policy conflicts, and compliance anomaliesCoordinate with security, infrastructure, service desk, and vendors to resolve escalated incidentsProvide mentorship and quality oversight to endpoint engineersSupport endpoint SLA reporting, including patch compliance, incident trends, lifecycle status, and service outcomes
Key requirements10+ years in endpoint engineering and enterprise endpoint managementSubject matter expertise in Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoint administration and policy managementExperience supporting multi-platform endpoints (Windows and mobile/Apple)Proven leadership in endpoint security, lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and SOP governance in regulated environmentsExperience leading endpoint modernization initiatives (Windows Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint)US Citizenship and ability to obtain SEC Public TrustBachelor in Information Technology (or related field) or equivalent experienceAbility to work on-site at SEC HQ in Washington, DCOn-call or surge support as neededleadership and mentoringcross-functional collaborationstrong communicationMicrosoft Intune (Windows endpoint management, configuration profiles, compliance policies, app delivery)Multi-platform endpoint administration (Windows and Apple/mobile)Windows lifecycle management and endpoint policy baselines
