Experience supporting ATM/TCR platforms is beneficial but not required. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn the ATM/TCR environment while leveraging their endpoint engineering expertise to drive operational efficiency, stability, and innovation.
Primary Responsibilities ATM Imaging & Platform Support Partner with the ATM/TCR Engineering team to build, maintain, and support ATM/TCR imaging solutions. Assist with operating system upgrades, software deployments, hardware refresh initiatives, and endpoint management activities within the ATM/TCR environment. Participate in testing, validation, and rollout activities for ATM/TCR hardware and software changes.
Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution Serve as a senior technical resource for complex endpoint issues involving operating systems, applications, deployment systems, drivers, networking, and hardware. Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of recurring technical problems. Collaborate with support teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve enterprise endpoint and ATM/TCR-related issues.
