Develop and manage the vision and strategy for Mars’ Digital Workplace.
Ensure the Digital Workplace strategy is in line with customer requirements and anticipates future needs.
Utilize the latest technology, tools, and trends in the Digital Workplace space.
Lead teams to deliver results.
Manage the user experience of the Digital Workplace.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Maintain organization and motivate self and team.
Remain up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Digital Workplace space.
