Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer – Microsoft 365 & Intune

Location: Onsite — Irvine, California

Duration: Long-term

Rate: $ 50- 55/hr

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on desktop and application support experience in a Windows enterprise environment

• Demonstrated proficiency administering a Microsoft 365 tenant, including E5-tier workloads (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Purview, Entra ID P2)

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune — policy authoring, app packaging and deployment, Autopilot, Windows Update for Business

• Experience managing user access and identities across SaaS applications, including SSO (SAML/OIDC) and group-based provisioning

• Solid Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills (Event Viewer, PowerShell, WinRE, registry)

• Working knowledge of Active Directory and hybrid identity via Entra Connect

• Comfortable writing PowerShell for automation, reporting, and bulk administrative tasks

• Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users

• Customer-service mindset with a strong sense of ownership

• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA five days per week

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications: MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, or AZ-104

• Experience administering BeyondTrust Password Safe or comparable privileged access management (PAM) platforms (CyberArk, Delinea, One Identity Safeguard)

• Experience with identity governance or SaaS access management tooling

• Mobile device management experience (iOS/Android via Intune)

• Familiarity with Conditional Access design and Zero Trust principles

We’re looking for a hands-on IT professional to own end-user computing across our organization. You’ll be the primary point of contact for company desktops, laptops, and the applications our employees rely on every day — administering our Microsoft 365 tenant, managing devices through Intune, and governing user access to our SaaS portfolio. This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the user and solving real problems quickly, while also engaging with the strategic side of modern endpoint and identity management.
