The Successful Applicant
Must Haves:
Deep macOS expertise, including endpoint administration, engineering, security, and troubleshooting.Experience deploying and managing macOS devices using Apple Business Manager and MDM platforms such as Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE, or Microsoft Intune.Hands-on experience with macOS packaging and deployment tools, including AutoPkg and Munki.Proficiency with Bash or Python scripting, plus familiarity with enterprise networking technologies (802.1X, Wi-Fi, IPv4).Strong end-user support, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and resolve technical issues in fast-paced environments.
