8+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint engineering and large-scale environment supportStrong hands-on experience with:Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (OSD, imaging, packaging, task sequences)Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, MDM, co-management)JAMF Pro (macOS management)Experience with WSUS, MDT, and patch management processesStrong understanding of operating system concepts, including Microsoft Active Directory, security, and OS internalsExperience with SCCM Co-Management and Cloud Management Gateway (CMG)Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write and troubleshoot queries for reporting and SCCM backendExperience with Microsoft cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365Experience in mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM)Strong scripting skills in PowerShell (preferred; Python also acceptable)Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA), incident troubleshooting, and detailed reportingExcellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsGood understanding of the ITIL framework and service management processes.
