Job Duties include
Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for all corporate devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android). Ensure all laptops, desktops, and tablets receive timely Windows Updates, security patches, and application updates. Create, deploy, and manage device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines. Monitor device health, compliance, and update status using Intune reports, Defender for Endpoint, and Azure AD insights. Creates and monitors diagnostic reports and dashboards to track metrics. Enforce device encryption, antivirus, and endpoint protection standards. Package, deploy, and update applications using Intune and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Win32 apps). Trou
