Job description
This is an exceptional ground-floor opportunity to join an expanding commercial pre-sales organization as the core technical authority on physical and network infrastructure. The #1 feature of this opportunity is the rare combination of cutting-edge hardware scale and early-stage leadership runway: you will partner directly with commercial sales leaders to drive technical discovery, lead high-impact architectural whiteboarding, and design custom, multi-node infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers. We are looking for an adaptable, hands-on infrastructure technologist who is energized by customer engagement and motivated by a clear path into future technical leadership. You will step into a collaborative, engineering-driven environment that values autonomy, continuous learning on advanced hardware systems, and sustainable work-life balance.
Required Skills & Experience · 7+ years of experience in customer-facing pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or advanced systems engineering within enterprise data center, cloud infrastructure, or high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
· Deep technical understanding of physical data center design, power planning, high-density rack topologies, and modern thermal management solutions (liquid cooling, direct-to-chip, or hybrid systems).
· Proven track record architecting and sizing enterprise compute clusters and hardware accelerator platforms.
· Solid architectural grasp of high-speed, low-latency fabric networking (such as InfiniBand or high-performance RoCE/lossless Ethernet fabrics).
· Demonstrated experience partnering with enterprise account executives through the complete pre-sales lifecycle, including discovery, technical qualification, and solution design.
· Strong executive presentation, consultative whiteboarding, and technical communication skills.
Desired Skills & Experience · Experience supporting large-scale enterprise deployments, benchmark validations, and formal technical proposals/RFPs.
· Familiarity with cluster management tools, distributed computing platforms, or high-throughput enterprise storage architectures.
· Background working with enterprise hardware vendors, systems integrators, or specialized cloud infrastructure providers.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
