MDM Specialist Intune endpoint Apple and Android

Job description

The work includes configuring device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, security baselines, Apple Business Manager integration, and Android Enterprise integration. The contractor will also provide migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and implementation recommendations aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards. The position is 50% remote, with in-person work occasionally if required.

Responsibilities

Plan, configure, implement, and support the agency’s mobile device management and endpoint management environment using Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune.Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, and security baselines.Integrate Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.Provide migration support and troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.Document technical processes and provide knowledge transfer to agency staff.Make implementation recommendations aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards.Collaborate with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management processes.Requirements

At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments.Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE.Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies.Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices.Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management.Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff.Technical experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and enterprise mobile device management implementation.Experience with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, security policies, and enterprise device enrollment and configuration.Nice-to-haves

Experience providing documentation, knowledge transfer, and troubleshooting in government or highly regulated environments.
