Qualifications Qualifications are categorized into essential and preferred skills.
Essential Skills Experience managing a fleet of devices with MDM frameworks such as GoogleMDM, Jamf, or SimpleMDM.
Hands‑on experience automating workflows via APIs.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, Swift, or Go).
Debugging complex device‑control issues on phones, tablets, or ChromeOS devices.
Strong communication skills to serve as the MDM subject‑matter expert with cross‑functional teams.
Applying enterprise policies, processes, and procedures to deliver timely engineering initiatives.
Preferred Skills Experience managing a device fleet across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
Endpoint management using DevOps principles.
Strong documentation skills.
Knowledge of directory services (Google, Azure).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for customer engineering solutions and tools.
Compensation Hourly rate: $20–$30/hour.
Compensation may vary by location and role responsibilities.

Educational Requirements Bachelor’s Degree.
