Responsibilities
Network and wireless infrastructure support across district sitesDesktop and mobile device support, including second-level escalation from the district's help deskServer administration and supportTicket triage and resolution, working directly with district staff and other IT team membersRequirements
3+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting PCs, networks, and related systemsReal, demonstrated experience across networking, desktop support, and server administrationComfortable working directly with end users and handling escalated support ticketsAble to work onsite in the Denver metro areaAble to pass a standard background check as a condition of W-2 employment with NexusTekNice-to-haves
Bachelor's degree (preferred, not a hard requirement, real hands-on experience matters more than the credential)Prior experience in a K-12 or public-sector IT environmentBenefits
