📌 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Endpoint Engineer to design, engineer, and support enterprise endpoint computing solutions across Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows endpoints, SCCM/MECM, and endpoint security platforms.

This role will focus on endpoint lifecycle management, automation, security, policy governance, application management, and platform optimization to deliver a secure, reliable, and efficient end-user computing environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of endpoint engineering roadmap initiatives while maintaining quality and timelines.Serve as a senior technical escalation point for Desktop Operations and End User Computing teams.Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive analysis.Design and implement enterprise endpoint solutions in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.Manage and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including image creation, VM deployment, and platform monitoring.Design and maintain Microsoft Intune policies for application deployment, device compliance, security, and configuration management.Manage Windows 11 provisioning using Intune Autopilot and Windows Update for Business.Design and manage Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce enterprise security and configuration standards.Maintain Windows desktop images and modify SCCM/MECM task sequences as required.Package, test, validate, and deploy enterprise applications, patches, and updates.Automate software deployment, application patching, workstation imaging, and endpoint management processes.Manage the lifecycle of enterprise desktop and laptop models.Implement endpoint security and compliance best practices.Ensure seamless integration between Intune and Microsoft 365 services.Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.Support continuous improvement of End User Computing services and processes.

🛠️ Technical Qualifications

8+ years of IT infrastructure and endpoint engineering experience.5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune design and implementation experience.5+ years of systems engineering experience in complex enterprise environments.Strong enterprise desktop engineering and endpoint support experience.Advanced experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).Strong experience with Windows 11, Active Directory, and Group Policy.Hands-on experience with VDI environments, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).Experience with application packaging technologies such as InstallShield or equivalent.Strong knowledge of endpoint protection, security controls, and compliance.Advanced patch management experience covering BIOS, firmware, operating systems, and applications.Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server/database administration.

🎓 Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
