Minimum Job Qualifications
Licensure or other certifications: Relevant technical certifications pertaining to software applications if applicable.Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree required plus 5 years of experience.Minimum Experience: In lieu of degree requirement, 8 years of IT experience may be considered. Technical experience is required in five more of the following areas required: PCs, laptops, thin clients, Active Directory/Group Policy, Audio/Visual, VOIP, Audio/Visual, network troubleshooting, and mobile devices as well as their associated peripherals and operating systems.Other:

Job Specific And Unique Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Skillful at providing excellent technical and customer support Adept at clearly communicating and troubleshooting complex technical problems with technical and nontechinal end users Strong knowledge of endpoint management tools and solutions, such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), VMware Workspace ONE, or similar platformsDemonstrate the ability to learn emerging technologies and technical skills efficiently and effectivelyDemonstrated ability to handle high stress situations including critical healthcare situations and executive supportBuild positive relationships and inspire confidence with user community.
Essential Tasks And Responsibilities
Deploy and manage endpoint management solutions to automate software distribution, patch management, and configuration managementConfigure and maintain endpoint management tools to ensure accurate and consistent policy enforcement, security measures, and software updatesEnsure technical processes and procedures are properly documented and kept up to date. Share with other IT departments as necessary.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define endpoint management requirements and policies based on business needs and security standardsArchitect and implement solutions for technical requirements, automation, and/or process improvement.Provide on-call support and escalation support as neededManage project deliverables and timelines.
