Key Responsibilities
Manage the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environment.
Deploy Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, applications, and software updates.
Perform hardware and software patch management for servers, desktops, laptops, and other devices.
Package and deploy software using MECM, Bare Metal deployment, and Software Center.
Monitor software versions, patch levels, and deployment status to ensure compliance.
Manage and monitor Microsoft AppLocker settings and Cloud Management Gateway.
Use PowerShell to automate administrative tasks.
Assist with software and hardware lifecycle upgrades.
Work with desktop support and IT teams to resolve deployment and configuration issues.
Prepare reports on software deployments, updates, and compliance.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
3+ years of experience in software packaging and deployment using MECM.
3+ years of experience in hardware and software patch management.
2+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerShell.
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
1+ year of experience with Microsoft DNS.
1+ year of experience managing Microsoft DHCP scopes.
1+ year of experience with Active Directory Sites and Services.
Preferred Skills
Microsoft AppLocker.
Microsoft Group Policy (GPO).
Microsoft Intune.
Microsoft Cloud Management Gateway (CMG).
Recast Server and Right Click Tools.
Education
Associate’s degree or higher.
Interview Process

Pay: $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
