SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

✔️5+ years of dedicated Enterprise macOS Engineering & Support (environments with 10,000+ devices).

✔️5+ years of Hands-on MDM Administration: Expert-level proficiency in Jamf Pro OR VMware Workspace ONE.

✔️Apple Ecosystem Mastery: Comprehensive experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), Volume Purchase Program (VPP), and complex configuration profiles.

✔️L3 Troubleshooting: Proven capability to perform root-cause analysis for networking (Wi-Fi/VPN), SSO/Identity authentication, and certificate-based security issues.

✔️Required Keywords in Resume: Vmware Workspace One, Apple OS X, JAMF Casper Mgmt Software, Mac OS.

Secondary (Good to Have):

✔️Automation: Scripting proficiency in Bash or Python for macOS endpoint management.

✔️Security: Familiarity with endpoint hardening and security compliance frameworks.

✔️Enterprise Integration: Exposure to hybrid environments including Windows and VDI/Citrix.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an elite Senior macOS Engineer (L3) to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. This is a high-impact, onsite role focused on managing a massive enterprise-scale fleet of 10,000+ devices. The successful candidate will act as the final escalation point for critical incidents, lead MDM administration, and drive the standardization of our Apple ecosystem. You must be prepared to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment where technical depth and proactive communication are paramount.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

✔️L3 Escalation Leadership: Own and resolve high-severity macOS incidents, performing detailed root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

✔️Enterprise MDM Administration: Drive the optimization and day-to-day management of MDM platforms (Jamf or Workspace ONE) at a massive scale.

✔️Automation & Efficiency: Develop scripts to automate manual tasks, enhance endpoint telemetry, and accelerate remediation workflows.

✔️Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Security, Networking, and Service Desk teams to uplift L1/L2 capabilities and create comprehensive knowledge base documentation.

✔️Fleet Health & Compliance: Monitor endpoint health, track critical KPIs (compliance, patching, incident trends), and execute continuous improvement initiatives.

✔️Change Management: Maintain high-quality runbooks and technical documentation in strict adherence to change and release management protocols.
