Manage and maintain Microsoft SCCM / Configuration Manager infrastructureDeploy and manage Windows operating systems, applications, software updates, and patchesCreate and maintain SCCM collections, packages, applications, task sequences, and deploymentsMonitor SCCM infrastructure, troubleshoot deployment and client issuesManage SCCM clients, Distribution Points, Boundaries, and Boundary GroupsSupport Windows patching and vulnerability remediationDevelop and maintain automation using PowerShellTroubleshoot hardware/software deployment and endpoint management issuesWork with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issuesMaintain documentation and follow enterprise IT processes and standards
Required Skills
Must have 10+ years of experience and strong hands-on experience and end-to-end SCCM Implementation and / Microsoft Configuration ManagerExperience with Windows 10/11 endpoint managementKnowledge of software deployment, OS deployment, patch management, and application packagingExperience with PowerShell scriptingKnowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentalsExperience troubleshooting SCCM client and deployment issuesFamiliarity with Microsoft Intune / co-management is a plus
