Job description
Familiarity with ITSM / change control processes (ServiceNow context mentioned)
Experience operating in medium-to-large enterprise environments (process-driven, change management)
Able to pick up KLO tasks: patching, configuration mgmt, operational support, routine engineering work
Comfortable working with incomplete documentation; can create playbooks/runbooks to reduce tribal knowledge
SCCM/MECM experience (explicitly mentioned)
Mac endpoint exposure: Intune for macOS, Apple device management concepts (recent enterprise device management initiative completed)
Experience improving ops via automation + documentation (playbooks, standard operating procedures)
Citrix Experience
Any prior Citrix support/administration exposure (even "helped support" / junior exposure)
Interest/passion to grow into EUC/Citrix or Mac engineering long-term
