Pay Range: $24 - $26/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Support overall manufacturing and lab IT systems and devices.
Manage IT asset lifecycle, including collection, storage, labeling, and disposal.
Provide advanced troubleshooting for AV devices and IT equipment.
Ensure basic network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, etc.) is available on-site.
Coordinate with vendors for printer management and cable patching.
Assist in power shutdown maintenance activities in the Data Center.
Provide smart hands and feet support for technology teams as needed.
Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve high-priority issues.
Maintain knowledge of GMP and GxP standards in a clean room environment.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Experience in supporting overall manufacturing/lab IT systems and IT devices.
Familiarity with manufacturing, lab, and Data Center IT equipment, including scanners, printers, tablets, and specialized PCs.
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for IT devices and mobility support.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with various teams and OEMs.
Knowledge and experience in managing power shutdown maintenance activities.
Understanding of GMP and GxP environments.
Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
