Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Support Engineer

Job description

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional technical teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers through telephone, email, and chat, ensuring professional and effective communication. Gather information quickly, communicate next steps and status updates, and build customer confidence throughout the support process. Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer technical issues using established troubleshooting tools and methodologies. Review, investigate, and resolve technical issues by collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams. Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to identify and resolve recurring technical problems. Participate in technical communities, knowledge-sharing sessions, and peer delivery discussions. Complete technical training and readiness programs to maintain and enhance product knowledge. Identify potential product defects and provide detailed feedback to senior engineers. Contribute to continuous improvement of products, processes, and support practices. Provide end-user support for Windows devices, mobile devices, applications, and endpoint management solutions. Technical Skills & Experience

Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune. Extensive experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM). Experience managing device enrollment and endpoint lifecycle management. Experience onboarding and offboarding Windows, iOS, macOS, and Android devices using Microsoft Intune. Create, maintain, update, deploy, and remove Intune configuration policies. Experience with: Device Restriction Policies Wi-Fi Profiles Domain Join Profiles Configuration Profiles Endpoint Security Policies Windows Autopilot

Extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing Windows Autopilot with Microsoft Intune. Experience with device provisioning, deployment, enrollment, and troubleshooting using Autopilot.
