This role is ideal for experienced engineers who lead with vision, architect with precision, and implement with impact—while guiding clients through complex infrastructure and security transformations.What You’ll Do:As an Infrastructure Engineer/Architect – Cloud, Security & Workplace Technologies, you’ll lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-prem environments. You’ll work directly with clients to assess needs; architect tailored systems and implement technologies that drive operational excellence and security resilience.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of Azure-based cloud architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Develop automation frameworks using PowerShell to streamline infrastructure operations.Architect and manage virtualized environments using VMware and Hyper-V.Design and deploy Windows Server and Active Directory solutions, including hybrid identity integrations with Microsoft Entra ID.Strategically implement and manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments.Define and enforce enterprise-grade security controls across infrastructure layers.Conduct security assessments, firewall configurations, and compliance audits.Serve as a technical advisor in client engagements, translating business needs into actionable infrastructure strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally with client stakeholders, project managers, and internal teams.Maintain detailed documentation of architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.Stay ahead of emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements.Interested candidates should contact Sally at 612.249.0254 or submit resumes to sally.lander@roberthalf.(com).
