MDM Endpoint Engineer

Job description

You'll play a key role in delivering a seamless end-user experience by improving endpoint management, automating provisioning workflows, supporting virtual desktop infrastructure, and ensuring devices remain secure and compliant.

Responsibilities

Manage and enhance endpoint administration across macOS, iOS, and Windows environmentsDesign, implement, and maintain Jamf Pro policies, configuration profiles, and deployment workflowsBuild and support zero-touch device provisioning using Apple Business Manager and Windows AutopilotDevelop automation solutions using Bash, PowerShell, and/or PythonPackage, deploy, and maintain applications across endpoint devicesPartner with Security and IT teams to ensure compliance, patch management, and device healthTroubleshoot complex endpoint-related issues and serve as an escalation resourceSupport and optimize virtual desktop environments, including Amazon WorkSpacesDrive continuous improvements to endpoint management processes and user experience

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, End User Computing (EUC), or MDM-focused rolesStrong hands-on experience with Jamf Pro in a production environmentExperience creating and deploying Jamf policies and configuration profiles from scratchExperience managing Windows devices using Microsoft IntuneProficiency with PowerShell and/or Bash scriptingExperience with Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot, or similar zero-touch deployment technologiesExperience supporting VDI environments such as Amazon WorkSpaces, VMware Horizon, Citrix, or similar platformsUnderstanding of identity and access management platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, or Entra ID

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting BYOD environmentsBackground supporting large-scale Mac deploymentsPython scripting experienceJamf, Microsoft, AWS, or related certificationsExperience within SaaS or cloud-focused organizations
