Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, performance management, and fostering a culture of technical excellenceOversee strategic initiatives including design and build of a secondary dev/test MECM environment, execution of OS upgrades, and implementation of RBC compliance standardizationTriage and resolve escalated MECM incidents; serve as subject matter expert for infrastructure troubleshooting, MECM log analysis, and peer team supportMaintain global MECM infrastructure health through monitoring, SQL and application maintenance job oversight, and client health support across workstations and serversEngineer and manage thousands of Windows platform configurations to ensure they work seamlessly together while meeting CUSO regulatory standards and compliance requirementsPlan and execute change records for deployments, infrastructure changes, maintenance, and new feature implementationsManage application compliance activities including TSS and TCVM attestation, artifact management, access approvals, and disaster recovery and BCP executionRequirements
12â15+ years of hands-on SCCM/MECM experience including infrastructure upgrades, configuration management, endpoint protection, health monitoring, and enterprise supportProven experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments with strong communication skills to mentor engineers and align technical solutions with business prioritiesExperience managing enterprise-scale environments with 10,000+ assetsDeep expertise in Windows client platform configurations and ability to engineer solutions where multiple toolsets work together seamlesslySQL and PowerShell programming proficiency to create customized queries, Power BI reports, and extract data from large MECM databasesNice-to-haves
