Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.Monitor the performance and availability of technology systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruptions.Participate in technology projects, assisting with planning, implementation, and testing activities.Contribute to the development and enforcement of technology operations policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and secure operations.Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for technology systems.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting technology issues and escalating problems as needed.Requirements
Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices for technology operations.Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technology issues effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Nice-to-haves
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.3 years of experience in technology operations or a similar role.Benefits
