REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field from an accredited college or technical instituteOR
Technical Industry Certification such as possession of legacy MCSE or current Microsoft 365 Certified Admin Expert and four (4) years of professional experience in systems engineering or endpoint management support.Minimum four (4) years' work experience in a hybrid LAN/WAN network environmentProven experience in the operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies and maintain applicationsExperience with configuration, provisioning, and troubleshooting telephone devices.Experience with Microsoft Teams.Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Window ServerExperienced in Active Directory migration, setup, and implementationProven interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and to show teamwork skills even in stressful situations; demonstrated leadership and personnel management skillsPreferred:
Mobile Device Management (iOS, Android, Windows)Database ManagementLicenses, Certifications, and other Requirements

Creates and maintains documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.Develops strategies for client/server implementations; architects the infrastructure required to support those strategies.Leads, coordinates and participates in key process improvements as they relate to the client/server and web-based environment.Acts as project lead in the design and review of new server systems, applications, and hardware; conduct capacity planning as needed.Serves as cornerstone for escalating server issues; provides timely response to customer escalations.Endpoint Management & IntuneMicrosoft 365 Administration (Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive)Recommends and executes modifications to server environment in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.Leads, coordinates, and participates in key process improvements for all Windows environments throughout the organization.Participates in the design and review of new Windows systems and Windows application deployments in both workstations and servers.Ensures that servers comply with established policies, standards, licensing agreements, and configuration guidelines.Reviews and deploys new Windows service packs, hot fixes, system updates, and vendor-supplied patches according to best practices.Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.Develops strategies for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems or for further leveraging these systems.Prepares and delivers reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across theOversees all reports and documentation related to systemsDevelops maintenance schedules for systemsConducts asset management for IT hardware, software, andAnalyzes existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of IT systems.Oversees operations-related projects and projectAnalyzes system or application usage and plan for growth or increases in serverPerforms cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software problems on enterprise dataRecommends and execute modifications to Windows systems in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.Assists database administrators, programmers, and software engineers in the deployment and performance analysis of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.Identifies and resolves operating system issues in order to maintain services, enhance capabilities, and prevent system outages.Conducts research on hardware and software products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.Distributes and supervise server storage spaceProvides on-call technicalRecommends, schedules, and performs server improvements, upgrades, patches, and repairs.Provides direct supervision, technical guidance, and performance oversight for the Junior Systems Engineer position.Performs other duties as necessary for the effectiveness of theTERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
