Job description
Key responsibilities
- Engineer, administer, and support Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management platforms.
- Deploy and troubleshoot enterprise applications.
- Administer and support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
- Administer and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Provide operational support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform in coordination with the teams responsible for platform development.
- Apply automation to improve endpoint and Microsoft 365 operations.
- Investigate production issues and improve the reliability of workplace technology services.
Required qualifications
- Four or more years of experience in endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related technical role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and interested in continuous improvement in workplace technology.
