What will your role be?

As a Digital Workplace Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, deploying, managing, and supporting end-user computing devices and collaboration tools while ensuring a secure and seamless digital employee experience. Your focus will span across technical support, system management, cybersecurity, and user engagement as you contribute to a high-performing and innovative IT environment.

QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of experience in desktop support or digital workplace roles within enterprise or industrial environmentsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent hands-on experienceDeep technical knowledge of Windows and macOS platforms with familiarity in iOS and Android device supportStrong experience using endpoint management solutions such as Intune, SCCM, or Jamf for system configuration and policy deploymentSolid understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and access management principlesProficient in Microsoft 365 administration including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange OnlineWorking knowledge of network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and troubleshooting connectivity issuesUnderstanding of infrastructure components including virtualization tools like VMware or Hyper-V and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWSAwareness of endpoint cybersecurity including antivirus solutions, encryption, MFA, and adherence to compliance frameworksExperience with scripting tools like PowerShell or Bash to automate tasks and improve digital workplace efficiencyFamiliarity with ITSM practices and frameworks such as ITILStrong communication and interpersonal skills to support and educate users while translating technical details clearlyAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teams with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindsetComfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, evolving IT environments while maintaining a focus on service qualityAdditional InformationTo acquire experience in different critical industries and projects while working for the same company;To have a competitive salary and a great benefits packageTo access trainings that focus on expanding your knowledge while staying up to date with cutting edge technologies and best practices;To have a clear career development plan that suits your goals;To have the possibility of working abroad through our mobility program thanks to our international presence;To join a dynamic, specialized and fast-growing group where communication is key and where every team member is valued.To be part of a team where having fun is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
