The role will involve:
Supporting and improving enterprise Windows environmentsEndpoint management and administrationDevice configuration and deploymentAutomation and scriptingEndpoint security and patch managementTroubleshooting complex desktop and application issuesImproving technical processes and documentationHelping establish engineering standards and best practicesProviding technical guidance to other members of the teamPartnering with other IT teams on infrastructure initiatives
Ideal background:
Several years of endpoint, desktop, or systems engineering experienceStrong Windows engineering and troubleshooting skillsExperience with modern endpoint management technologiesScripting or automation experienceFamiliarity with identity and directory technologiesUnderstanding of networking and endpoint security fundamentalsExperience working in a larger enterprise IT environmentComfortable serving as a senior technical resource for other engineers
