Key Responsibilities
Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager
Manage and support BYOD initiatives utilizing Mobile Application Management (MAM) and App Protection Policies
Configure and troubleshoot Conditional Access policies and device compliance controls
Support iOS and Android device enrollment, configuration, and troubleshooting
Manage Windows endpoints, software deployments, and endpoint security policies
Utilize PowerShell to automate administrative and support functions
Support Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and SharePoint
Assist with Windows Autopilot deployments and endpoint modernization initiatives
Partner with Information Security and Infrastructure teams to maintain a secure user experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Endpoint Engineering or Systems Engineering experience
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
Strong experience supporting BYOD and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
Expertise with Conditional Access, device compliance, and Entra ID
Experience supporting Android and iOS devices in an enterprise environment
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
Experience managing Windows endpoints in a Microsoft 365 environment
Preferred Qualifications
SCCM / MECM administration experience
Windows Autopilot deployment experience
Healthcare industry experience
Experience with Imprivata GroundControl or other healthcare mobility platforms
Additional Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with SCCM / MECM administration
Experience deploying and supporting Windows Autopilot
Healthcare industry experience supporting clinical or hospital environments
Experience with Imprivata GroundControl or other enterprise mobility management platforms
Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security best practices
Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identity and access management
Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing, asset management, and workflow automation
Experience managing Epic Rover or other healthcare mobile applications
Exposure to cloud-first endpoint management and modern workplace initiatives
Strong communication skills with the ability to support executive-level stakeholders
Bonus: experience supporting large-scale BYOD environments and troubleshooting complex Android enterprise deployments
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) — given the Entra ID/Conditional Access scope
CompTIA Security+ (a plus for the endpoint security responsibilities)
Pay: $42.50 per hour
