Job description
Ensure security and compliance of all Apple devices through certificates, encryption, and policy management.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex device management and deployment issues.
Collaborate with IT and retail teams to support device rollouts, updates, and documentation.
Required Skills
JAMF 300 or 400 Certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Apple device management.
Advanced knowledge of JAMF Pro, including automation and API integrations.
Experience managing large-scale deployments of 85,000+ Apple devices.
Proficiency in scripting with zsh and bash for automation and reporting.
Experience using JAMF Pro Classic API and JAMF Pro API for data management.
Ability to read, parse, and manage data using JSON and property list (.plist) files.
Strong understanding of Apple device security and compliance policies.
