Job description

Responsibilities

Southcentral Foundation’s (SCF) Endpoint Administrator position is responsible for the daily management, configuration, and support of end-user devices across the organization
This position will ensure that all endpoints remain secure, compliant, updated, and optimized for employee productivity at SCF
This position will manage and support Windows, macOS, iOT, and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager (ABM) and/or SCCM/MECM
Deploy software, applications, and security updates to endpoint devices while also monitoring device compliance, health, and security baselines; remediate non-compliant devices
This position is also responsible for the support of provisioning processes such as Windows Autopilot and device enrollment workflows while assisting with endpoint security functions including BitLocker, Defender for Endpoint, and local device hardening in collaboration with Information Technology Services (ITS) teams to improve endpoint reliability and user experience

Skills

High School diploma; OR GED
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Service Desk Technician II at SCF
Three (3) years of experience in IT support, desktop administration, or endpoint management roles with management of a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform
Two (2) years of experience with scripting (PowerShell), software packaging, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, or other enterprise endpoint management technologies
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certification; OR obtain within one (1) year of hire
