MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or related degrees or experienceMinimum of 7+ years of relevant expereinceA minimum of 3+ years of experience with endpoint management solutions, Intune, Windows 11, O365, and Teams is required.Windows Autopilot deployment and profile configurationExperience with Intune Proactive Remediations / Remediation ScriptsIntune App Deployment and troubleshootingAndroid and IOS device managementCo-management SCCM/Intune experienceStrong understanding of endpoint hardware, information security concepts and best practices for endpointsRobust understanding of common network, server and cloud computing conceptsAbility to conceptualize and assimilate data and present proposals in a clear and concise mannerAbility to multi-task and prioritize assignmentsAbility to ask clarifying/probing questions of business customersAbility to adapt effectively to new and changing environmentsMust be able to work independently as well as with a teamEligible to work in the United States without company sponsorshipRegular and reliable attendance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Current certifications preferred – M365 Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate and CompTIA A+Current experience with ServiceNow, ITIL, Autopilot deployment methodology, SCCM, Patch My PC, Citrix VDI, Conference Room Audio Visual technologiesPrior experience in the Oil and Gas industry a plusWorking experience with Trend or similar AV solutions, Azure, M365 application suite, Copilot and EntraPowerShell scripting for automation, remediation, and endpoint management tasksFamiliarity with CIS or NIST endpoint hardening benchmarksFamiliarity with change management processes and procedureSelf-starter disposition with a positive “can do” attitudeAbility and willingness to travel to remote company field locations and lift up to 50 pounds - Driven, self-starter with can-do attitude who constantly works to provide great service
