Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1/2 support for Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and end-user applications.Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.Manage device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.Handle user onboarding/offboarding, account management, and MFA resets through Microsoft Entra ID.Troubleshoot hardware, software, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ticketing system records.Support employee onboarding and provide occasional onsite support at nearby locations.Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or helpdesk.Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID.Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking.Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Oak Park, IL.Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 40 lbs.Preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MD-102, or MS-900 certifications.
Interview Process: Virtual interview with the hiring manager, followed by an onsite interview in Oak Park.
