What You'll Do

Administer and support cloud-based Workspace ONE UEM environment

Configure and manage device enrollment (DEP/ABM, Android Enterprise ZTE)

Working with teams to understand their need and how it can be adapted to our standards

Support ITMFG teams with troubleshooting enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment issues

Support troubleshooting mobile printers, ZCP, ThingFinder and PrintApp

Implement and maintain device compliance policies, profiles, and security configurations that meet all InfoSec guidelines

Support OS upgrades and device lifecycle management

Explore new technologies to improve the offering of tools and services

Coordinate with vendors and manufactures on new and EOL products and collaborate with InfoSec, networking, and endpoint teams

Provide Tier 2/3 support and user training when needed

What You'll Bring

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Enterprise Mobile Device Management and hands-on experience as a system admin

Experience in large enterprise environments (5,000+ devices)

Strong knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems

Experience troubleshooting hardwired and wireless networks

Experience with Certificate-based authentication, SSO, identity, REST API, and Azure AD / Active Directory integrations

Understanding of mobile security best practices and compliance frameworks

Strong hardware/software troubleshooting and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

This role requires an onsite presence

Expected Compensation

$100,000 - $336,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
