Job description
Responsibilities:
Lead and support Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM services, ensuring secure and reliable endpoint management.Design, configure, and optimize endpoint policies, compliance, software deployment, and device lifecycle processes.Partner with Security, Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to drive service improvements and operational excellence.Support endpoint management across multi-cloud enterprise environments (Azure, AWS, OCI, and GCP).
Requirements:
8+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and enterprise endpoint management.Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, endpoint security, and compliance policies.Experience supporting device provisioning, software deployment, patch management, PowerShell automation, and endpoint troubleshooting.Knowledge of enterprise cloud environments (Azure, AWS, OCI, and/or GCP) and modern workplace technologies.
