Windows 10, 11Printer installations
Mobile or smartphone installations
- Service Now Ticketing SystemInstalling software(Citrix, Adobe DC or creative cloud, Guiding care, Allscripts, Toads, SAS EG, Oracle Developer, SQL management) and Imaging devices.VPN (AOVPN, Forticlient)
- Azure Active DirectoryIntuneOffice 365FortionePerceptive ContentDisconnecting a system and reconnecting from different cubicles or office
- Knowledge in the following system( Lenovo A485, T14, T495, Carbin, x260, Yoga, Client Printers)
