Qualifications

Required:

6 years of enterprise IT support experienceWindows 10/11 administrationmacOS administrationActive Directory / Microsoft Entra IDMicrosoft IntuneJAMFIvantiKACEMobile Device Management (iPhone/iPad/Android)Microsoft 365 supportImaging and workstation deploymentPatch managementMFA supportVPN troubleshootingPowerShell scripting (required)Python (preferred)Excellent customer service and communication skills

Desired:

Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, Apple Certified IT Professional, AWS Cloud Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, or SysOps Administrator

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required

Clearance:

Secret Clearance requiredMust pass an FBI background check and complete fingerprinting at U.S. Capitol Police HQ

Location:

Primarily on-site at the Ford House Office Building (Washington, DC)

Shift:

Hours: M–F, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional after-hours emergencies

Travel:

Occasional trips to Manassas or Ashburn, VA (no travel reimbursement)

Compensation:

Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $85,000 to $100,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as 100education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
