Key Responsibilities
Verify OneDrive backups and user data synchronization.
Document existing applications, printers, and user configurations.
Remotely reset/reimage Windows workstations as required.
Re-enroll devices into Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
Deploy and validate applications, security policies, and endpoint configurations.
Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 access.
Validate Microsoft Defender policies and endpoint security.
Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and business applications.
Provide remote end-user migration assistance and post-migration support.
Document completed migrations and resolve outstanding issues.

Project Details
Workstations: Approximately 186
Estimated Effort: 372–744 hours
Duration: Approximately 2–4 months for one full-time resource
Location: Remote
Experience: 5+ years preferred
Ideal Candidate: An experienced Microsoft 365 endpoint migration engineer who has independently performed large-scale, remote workstation migrations and can minimize user downtime.
• Expected technician activities include:
• Verify OneDrive backups and synchronization
• Document printers and installed applications
• Validate browser favorites and locally stored settings
• Wipe and factory reset devices
• Re-enroll devices into the new Intune environment
• Reinstall required applications
• Validate application deployments and policy enforcement
• Test Outlook and email functionality
• Validate printer and scanner connectivity
• Confirm SharePoint and business application access
• Resolve any post-migration issues
