Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions.Manage Windows desktops/laptops using Microsoft Intune and/or Microsoft Configuration Manager.Configure device configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and endpoint policies.Manage Windows patching and feature update deployments.Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications.Implement endpoint hardening configurations in coordination with the Security team.Manage BitLocker, Windows Defender, device control, and endpoint security policies.Troubleshoot complex Windows OS, application, policy, and endpoint management issues.Perform endpoint vulnerability remediation.Support Windows OS upgrades and endpoint migration activities.Develop automation using PowerShell where appropriate.Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and deployment status.Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.Provide L3 support and technical guidance to endpoint support teams.Primary Skills
